This communication aims to establish and communicate the portfolio management policies that govern our company S.P.I. Specific Solutions in IT SAS, for the payment of electronic invoices generated for each of the services provided.

1. Invoices are prepared within the first 5 days of each month and are sent with a payment term of 10 calendar days.

2. A notification is sent via email and via WhatsApp to inform about the generation of the invoice.

3. The maximum period for payment of an invoice is 10 days after it is generated. If payment support is not received 12 days later, the first notification is made due to default in the portfolio.

4. When a month ends without receiving payment and the following month's invoice is generated, the second notification is made for late payment.

5. If 2 overdue invoices accumulate, the third notification is made with a maximum payment period. If payment notification is not received within the maximum period, the service and access to the system will be suspended on the last day of this period.

6. The service will be suspended until notification is received with payment supports for the invoices that are in arrears. After receiving the notification with the payment supports, the reconnection time will be one business day.

7. Payment supports must be notified through our payment portal SPI Payment Portal (spisoluciones.com), the manual for this process was sent to the email registered in the system, if you do not have this manual, request it to the email administrativo@spisoluciones.com

8. Everything must be supported through the payment portal, as a last option we provide the email administrativo@spisoluciones.com, only if there are problems in our payment portal. Payments. Additionally, you must attach a screenshot of the problem to that notification so that it can be resolved as soon as possible.
